You can reserve the pup of your choice (gender, markings, etc) with $200 on a first come, first served basis. Deposits are Non-refundable but transferable to the next available litter. The advantage of placing an advance deposit on a puppy is that you are amongst the first to know when the pups are born and you are amongst the first to make a pup selection from the available litter. All this prior to us formally going public or advertising the litter.
By placing a deposit you are telling us, above all, that you truly and very deeply want to own a Mightyjacks Russell Terrier puppy. We, in return, promise to make every effort to get you that perfect pup and will not rest until we do so. For example, if for some reason, your specific pup is not amongst the litter born, your deposit automatically transfers to the next litter. If you still cannot find that perfect pup, your deposit transfers again to the following litter, and so on. If, however, you decide you no longer want a puppy, you will forfeit your deposit. We trust you understand that by us making the unwavering commitment of reserving a pup specifically for you always certainly means giving other potential owners the bad news of informing them that the pup the pup is "your" reserved pup which has now been sold.
By us accepting your deposit, we pledge to fully respect, honor, and protect your place and your eventual puppy selection from everyone and anything. This includes offers of more money from someone who may also want your puppy or your place for selection purposes.
We want to stress that we are not in the practice of forfeiting people's deposits. This is not our goal and is not desire. We are simply in the passionate affair of getting Mightyjacks Jack Russell Terrier puppies and loving families like yours together.

Housebreaking Information:
Your puppy has been making it's "nature calls" on newspaper since the day it was born. By the time your puppy leaves our premises, it will be pre-disposed to seek out a piece of newspaper every time it needs to go. If you patiently continue to lay out newspaper for your pup to go on, and eventually move the newspaper outside your home, your puppy will be housebroken in no time.
Shipping Information:
Shipping is done via commercial airline to the closest major airport nearest your home. This usually adds $250 to the price of the pup. This may vary slightly depending on the final destination. Pups are shipped in the pressurized and climate controlled environment of the airplanes cargo hold. The temperature and noise level is exactly the same as in the passenger compartment throughout the flight. We recognize this experience is something new to your pup and probably not very pleasant. However, our "puppy boot camp" trained pups are resilient and will easily overcome this uncomfortable experience.
We will make every effort to ship your pup on the agreed time and date. However, we cannot guarantee a specific ship date when Airline imposed flight restrictions for live animal deliveries are in effect. This occurs when the Airline company determines the weather along your pup's itinerary is too severe to ship a puppy (too hot or too cold). In the event this occurs, we will promptly reschedule and take the first available shipping window opportunity. We will immediately notify you and advise you of the alternate ship date and time.
Pups ship by the 8th week of age. In anticipation of their pending flight, we begin crate training as early as the third week. We do this by introducing a crate inside the litter's living area. We then place a “security towel", which smells like mom, inside the crate. We slowly encourage the pups to climb inside the crate and familiarize themselves with it. After a few days, the puppies begin to take a liking to the crate and some actually prefer to sleep inside it. We are sure they enjoy the undisturbed privacy.
When your pup arrives, it may be a little tired from the flight and will usually not be very hungry. Just a bit thirsty. However, once you provide the pup with water, give it a hug, and begin speaking and whistling to it (we do this every day), the pup will very quickly recognize the human affection and promptly react.
We will not ship a pup without first confirming someone is at the destination point expecting the pup.
Sorry, but we only ship within the continental United States of America.
