At Mightyjacks, we believe proper puppy socialization involves repeated training exercises designed
of situations, without becoming overly fearful, or exhibiting aggressive behavior. Our puppy boot
camp training requires that a puppy have repeated opportunities to become accustomed to
unfamiliar people, places and things in a non-pressure, non-threatening environment. This allows
the puppy to learn from its own experience that strange people, animals, loud or unusual noises, and
strange looking objects are not a threat to it. With proper socialization, our Jack Russell pups learn to
be a confident, out-going and friendly learning to become a better dog and family pet.
As breeders, we recognized that a puppy that is afraid, shy, or avoids interaction with people and
things is a puppy raised with minimal or inadequate human contact. New owners might not realize
how important proper upbringing is until the new owner has numerous trying experiences owning a
pup which will not perform, is timid, nervous, or apprehensive.
By us breeding only as many Jack Russells as we can ethically raise, socialize, and train, we have
the unique opportunity to greatly influence our pups emotional and mental development. An
